213 Charlie II: Crackhouse

Lot 213 has been abandoned for many years after a swat raid cleared out the crackheads. This home is now ready for demolition unless a willing soul comes along to clean it up and renovate it.

Will you be the one to renovate this lot and turn this crackhouse into a crackhome.

213 has trash and damage everywhere inside, it is utterly trashed from years of squatters and crackheads as well as fire and water damage, and not to mention a big ol crack in the roof.

It has 3 floors and a basement.

And if you're a youtuber feel free to remodel this house for your channel, I'd love to see what you can do with it.
