Clear the Gloon's Revenant followers, then shoot its eyes until they deflate and the lights go out. Put Basic Kibble in your last hotbar slot, approach and feed it when prompted. Repeat when it is hungry, clearing any new followers and disabling its eyes again if needed. This is a passive tame; knocking it unconscious does not tame it.
