To tame a Dreadnoughtus, feed it Element from your hotbar — it will follow you for 60 seconds. Kite it to an Element Vein (alpha-difficulty veins give better effectiveness) where it will begin feeding from the node. While it feeds, defend it from waves of corrupted creatures until the taming bar fills.
Creatures like the Korkusuz don't tame by the usual rules. Thanks to Dododex for inspiring how we work out these special tames.
