Every craftable item in Subnautica 2 has a blueprint (an internal `DA_*Recipe` data asset) tied to a specific crafting station - the Habitat Builder for base parts, Fabricator for tools and consumables, Processor for refined materials, Modification Station for equipment upgrades, and Vehicle Bay for submersibles. Locked blueprints require a scan, data box pickup, or story trigger to become available, mirroring Subnautica 1's progression loop.
