Deep Start

Deep Start is the transitional band between Sparse Plains and the open ocean. Pressure increases sharply: the Tadpole's crush-depth grace timer fires within a few seconds of entering without depth modules.

Few fish make a living here; the biome is more of a corridor than a settled ecosystem. Surge currents push players deeper than they planned.

The biome opens onto the Collector Leviathan arena and onto the Void itself, where the Shiver Leviathans patrol.
