When the lottery runs
The first Lottery Representative comes on day 18. The first results come out on day 20.
With this starting perk the lottery runs from day 1.
Each draw checks only the tickets of the current week, then a new edition starts.

6 different numbers from 1 to 49 are drawn, and no two tickets of the same week share a combination. Your Luck in % is the chance of a second winning combination: positive Luck keeps the one that pays your tickets more, negative Luck the one that pays less. A ticket keeps the Luck you had when it was made.
