Buggy the Clown

Buggy the Clown, captain of the Buggy Pirates. I could't resist making this character when I saw there was a clown nose included in the base game. :) Parafolk made by me, but the character as a concept is created by and belongs to Eiichiro Oda. Buggy's appearance here is inspired by the live action (where he's played by actor Jeff Ward), as well as the anime and manga. One of the scars (recolored blue to look more like face paint) is a mod made by some other amazing creator. I have listed the original mods for these as required items. One Piece, antagonist
