🌊 Casa Ombak — A Sunrise Beach Escape

New to Melino but ready to spend on the literally sunrise property? Look no further. Welcome to Casa Ombak, a modern luxury beachfront home built on the once-empty lot at 198 Charlie II Avenue, right beside the old industrial district.

What was once an overlooked patch of land has been transformed into a warm, eclectic mid-century retreat where big-family living meets beachfront luxury — without the nonsense of an enormous mansion.

🏡 Made for the Whole Parafolk Family

Casa Ombak has 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 Parafolks, with a layout designed to give everyone their own space without making the house feel unnecessarily huge.

Ground Floor

🛏️ Master bedroom with prime beach views 👗 Walk-in wardrobe 🛁 Private en-suite bathroom 🧸 Two children's bedrooms, sharing a bathroom 💻 Computers in both kids' rooms

First Floor

🛏️ Fourth bedroom with its own walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom 🎵 Dedicated music room 🏋️ Mini home gym 💻 Home office for parents who unfortunately still have careers to climb

And yes, every bedroom comes with a queen- or king-size bed, so there is plenty of room for all eight Parafolks to sleep comfortably.

🌅 The Beach Is the Main Character

The real star of Casa Ombak is, of course, the ocean.

Step through the house and you'll find the beach practically becoming part of the living room. Large clear-glass windows and doors connect the living and dining areas directly to the backyard, bringing in plenty of sunlight and giving the family an uninterrupted view of the water.

There's also private beach access, because why live beachfront if you still have to share the path to the sea?

The large kitchen sits conveniently beside the living and dining areas, making it easy to cook, eat, chat, and occasionally pretend you're not watching the kids make a mess.

🎶 Work, Study, Exercise, Repeat

Casa Ombak isn't just pretty, it's built for actual Parafolk life.

The kids have computers for their studies, while the parents get their own home office for career-building. The music room gives aspiring musicians somewhere to practise, and the mini gym means there is officially no excuse for skipping leg day.

Skills can be built. Careers can be climbed. Grades can be saved. All while living five steps from the beach.

🪴 Mid-Century, With a Little Industrial Soul

The interior takes a mid-century eclectic approach, with warmer residential touches inspired by the industrial history of the surrounding beachfront district.

It's polished and luxurious, but deliberately not overly extravagant. Casa Ombak is meant to feel lived-in: warm, comfortable, stylish and just a little bit indulgent.

It's the kind of house where grandparents can stay for the summer, cousins can visit for the weekend, or that one uncle who somehow never leaves can permanently claim the spare bedroom.

🌴 Big Family

Casa Ombak was designed for a growing family of four, with enough room for grandparents, relatives, guests or anyone else you decide to invite into the chaos.

8 Parafolks. 4 bedrooms. A private beach. A home gym. A music room. A little luxury.

So unpack your bags, open the glass doors, turn up the music and let the sunrise do the rest.

Welcome home to Casa Ombak. 🌊
