Deviation O-034 is a type of phenomenal anomaly that appears as a shimmering, constantly flowing film of light, the thickness of which cannot be measured.
The earliest sighting of O-034 dates back to and was discovered by mountaineering team at Mt. . The team is still missing to this day.

I double-checked with the team to make sure that the sight I'm seeing is not my hallucination due to hypothermia.
Right in front of me, a door appears in the middle of the snowfield.
The door popped up out of nowhere and is not connecting any structures. It's just standing right there quietly.
It's so creepy yet so tempting. We are in a very bad situation right now... I'm not sure when the rescue team will arrive, and several of my teammates are about to lose consciousness... I don't know where I'm going after passing through that door, but we have no other options.
I will leave the notes here so people can understand our situation and why we made this choice.
I hope we will meet again.

The above record is considered the first contact of O-034. After that, the subject can be commonly found near populated areas and no longer appear independently. It's randomly attached to any doors that meet the requirements (hereafter referred to as O-034-A). O-034-A entities are currently in securement.
O-034-A entities are all old wooden single doors from residential properties that have been installed and in service for at least years. O-034 will replace the door leaves of O-034-A, leaving only the door frames.

O-034 entities will establish links with each other in pairs.
The main deviation trait of O-034 is its gateway effect. When a human travels through 1 O-034, they will walk out of another door, regardless of the distance between two doors. This effect does not appear to be bound by space or time, and can occur even within O-034's securement room. The deviation trait of O-034 has been consistently observed over many tests.

After Incident O-034-D-, all interactive experiments traveling through O-034 are temporarily suspended.

Securement Procedures:
DO:
All O-034 entities should be secured individually in enlarged Grade III S-Vessels for valuable items. All S-Vessels and securement rooms should be physically reinforced to Grade II and filled with inhaled anesthetics.
Routine maintenance of the securement facility shall be performed using remote control devices or automated machinery.

DO NOT:
Do not make any attempt to retrieve or recall equipment or personnel that have crossed the surface of O-034 at any time, they will be considered gone.
