The Infected Atropleura, a carnivore creature in ARK: Survival Ascended, is well-known across multiple maps. Classified under the Variant group.

At 500 base HP, the Infected Atropleura is reasonably durable. Dealing 100% base Melee Damage, the Infected Atropleura brings decent hitting power to the table. Its base Stamina of 200 gives it decent staying power. It carries 100 base Weight - a reasonable inventory size.

The Infected Atropleura cannot be tamed and must be dealt with through combat or avoidance. It reproduces by laying eggs, which must be incubated between 18°C and 22°C. Defeating one in the wild grants 4 base XP. It can be cloned at a Cloning Chamber for 0.2 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
