ARK: Survival Ascended에서 분필 원소를 보는 생존자들은 자원을 효율적으로 수집하고 운반할 수 있는 실용적인 땅 기반 광물들을 발견할 수 있다. 이 광물은 탈취 사냥으로 길들이며, 황을 최상급 먹이로 사용하며, 기초 체력은 25,000에 달해 엄청나게 튼튼하다. 분필 원소는 번식이 불가능하므로, 각각의 개체는 직접 획득해야 하며, 키우는 방식으로는 얻을 수 없다. 채집 프로필은 결정, 돌, 올리비안석 및 기타 자원에 중점을 두어, 농사 작전을 눈에 띄게 빠르게 만들어 준다. 이 광물을 투자한 플레이어들은 보통 초반 게임이 끝난 후에도 오랫동안 보유하고 있다.

The 분필 원소 has 19 damage type modifiers that affect incoming damage. With 12 resistances and 4 weaknesses, its biggest vulnerability takes +120% extra damage - exploit that for faster kills.
