Barionice Abilities

ARK: Survival Ascended has the Barionice as a tamable, piscivore creature that survivors will run into in the wild. It's in the DMG category.

Starting with 440 Health, it's moderately tough. Its base Melee Damage is at 100%, giving it solid damage output. Stamina is at 325 base, which is average. A base Weight of 325 means a decent weight pool.

To tame the Barionice, you need to knock it out with torpor weapons, then feed it while it's down. Use Regular Kibble for the fastest tame and best effectiveness bonus.

Once tamed, the Barionice is good for harvesting, collecting key resources faster than most tools. Breeding it gives fertilized eggs that hatch in a 29°C–35°C temperature range. A wild Barionice gives 5 base experience when killed. You can clone it at a Cloning Chamber for 0.52 Element plus 0.01 Element per level.
