Description du mod
12 Castello Road combines residential and retail. Conveniently located adjacent to the Melino train station, it is home to La Papeterie, a stationery & gift shop. The current owner resides in a cozy apartment on the uppermost floor; there is another apartment space on the floor below.
As she has been fully occupied with setting up her new business—decorating, ordering merchandise, and stocking shelves—renovations on the residential side of things have been temporarily paused. Her ultimate dream is to restore the living area to the original single residence (on 2 floors) that is once was. Rather than two small apartment dwellings, her dream is for one slightly more stately home with updated electrical system, fully-functioning central heating, and even a flower garden in the front!
