Tons of space for building/expanding for larger tribes. MODs needed, ASR, KJ crafting, Ultra mega storage, Wall n Floor decor, Alfa Fabric, Fantasy Teleporter, Moro's Livyatan, No fuel generator.

Fishing hut with underwater Tek base. Mods used, ASR, KJ, K Rustic, Alfa Fabric, Itens Alfa, Gaia potion Studio, Auto Fishery, Fantasy Teleporter, ZUZ, Excalibur Crafter For some reason, the long pier did not copy to the template. Simply place the fishing hut and add the pier you may need. You may need to build a long pier depending on the depth of the water, then snap the hut to it as the Tek base goes deep.
