▪ Hit the enemy 5 times to trigger Frost Vortex. ▪ After hitting enemies inside the Frost Vortex with your weapon 1 time(s), the enemy will be Frozen for 3s (cooldown 4s, cannot be frozen again during this time). ▪ When hitting Frozen enemies, DMG +60%.

Creates an area that deals periodic Frost Elemental DMG and slows enemies.

Trap enemies within a 4.5m radius and inflict 30% Psi Intensity Status DMG per second for 4s. Up to 2 Frost Vortex(es) may exist at any time. The additional damage is Frost element, cannot Crit, cannot strike Weakspots, and will not decay with distance. Actual Factor = 30% × (1 + Frost Vortex DMG Factor Bonus) × (1 + Frost Vortex Final DMG Bonus).
