Bite toward the direction you are looking.

Death Roll
Roll while attacking a target.

Lunge
Hold the key to raise a crosshair and lock onto a creature ahead, then release to hurl the Sarco at it with a bite. Nothing happens unless a target is locked, it costs a large chunk of stamina, and it cannot be used while swimming.
Controls:Hold C, then release
Side Bite
Attack with the camera turned at least 90 degrees to one side and the Sarco bites sideways in that direction instead of straight ahead, letting it hit something beside or behind it without turning its body.
Controls:LMB: camera turned 90 degrees or more
