(~TA12~) Smaller Afro

A resize, UV adjust and texture mask edit of the default Coily Afro hair. Tri-color and hat compatible.

Did this realy for my own self para and OCs that I'm working on, since I can only aspire to get my fro as big as the one in game--

Toddler and baby versions now available! (No true hat cuts until they actually get official hats, but hair is properly set up to hide properly with the Stella Onesie and other "HatFull" items.)

Please do not reupload this original file without prior permission. I want to be sure folks have the right updates and necessary fixes as they come. (Edits and variations are welcome, just remember to link back here if your item requires the original mesh model to be usable.)
