A dual-purpose, heavy-duty power cell rack. Like the battery terminal, it recharges stored power cells with base power. - Requires power input from base - Load depleted cells into charger; remove when fully charged (or early for emergency use) - Vital for operation of submersibles and other heavy equipment Despite common superstition, fully charged cells can be left in the charger with no risk of detonation.
