Описание мода

The very first of its kind for Melino, a Toronto classic piece of architecture called the Bay and Gable. While traditionally it would be two seperate houses — if not even a row, this detached version features two seperate Bays that house a gorgeous interior which not only includes one of the largest kitchens in all of the town, but also an office, library, and a piano solarium, as well as a sizeable backyard with a gazebo. Like many homes built in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) of this style, and the city proper — this house features three apartments built in what some may call "The Landlord special", but we like to call it "Milennial Grey" for this express purpose. This great feature will be an amzing edition for adding some income to your family off of the backs of hardworking Para's (thankfully they have their own entrance so there will be little to no interation), or for those with a large enough family that they can stow away those troublesome inlaws somewhere! While some may say this home is emblematic of wealth inequality, we would argue that this is the perfect example for the future for your Para's while charging P2,000 for a 1 bedroom flat.
