Y2K Tumblr Inspired Emo Teen

I found this hair earlier while scrolling through the workshop, and was immediately struck with the desire to make a stereotypical tumblr emo kid. I would have given her colorful hair, but since schools in Melino have uniforms I like to imagine colorful hair is probably against the dress code. I tried to include all of the CC used as a dependency, but if I missed anything please do let me know. About the Para! This is Raven Fernwood, she is a gloomy teenaged para with a talent for music.
