Wear Any Skin v2.0 +Now with Muscular Babies!

Wear any skin texture you want. Vanilla skins will still be equipped automatically as normal so each character must be modified using the new menu under appearance. Existing characters will have to be modified using the cheat menu. Want your kids to be muscular and wrinkly? Want your elderly man to have a babies bottom? Then I have the solution for you. Adds: * Ability to manually equip any vanilla skin texture to any para regardless of muscle and fat. This includes elderly, adults, teens, children, toddlers, and babies. * A new menu in the character editor to add or remove skins. Compatiblity: * Should be compatible with any other mod. Will cover any skin details applied above layer 113. Known bugs: Babies do not have pecs and the adult skins expect them to have pecs so they get a blurry chest. I'll add baby pecs if some really wants me to. Updates 2.0: * Rebuilt entire mod from scratch * Added new menu * Now supports toddlers and babies * Rather than modify vanilla attributes as it did before, the mod now adds new equipment to the game which uses the vanilla skin textures. These modded items are equipped like clothing and exist at layer 113 so they cover over vanilla skins (layer 116) without modifying them. * New update should be compatible with any other mod unless it specifically adds a skin texture higher than layer 113.
