Visible Spawner

Add a visible spawner that can be used to spawn collectibles (gems, mushrooms, paintings, artifacts) or can be used to spawn items for buying, like in the shops. Available in the "rugs" section You need to reload the game before the items appear, and in case of collectibles they have a random chance of appearing or not. You can recolor it or resize it to camuflage it with what is below, careful if you make it too small you wont be able to select it again
