Urban Starter-Loft

I built an urban starter loft with lots of graffiti and neon lights! The loft costs exactly as much as you have available as a single-person household at the start of the game - provided you clear out the lot before placing it, then, by selling the items there, you’ll get a little extra money to cover the purchase. Starting from the bottom floor, the house includes: - an open-concept entryway, living, and dining area with a kitchen - a small bathroom with a shower tub and a washing machine - a two-story art installation featuring graffiti and neon lighting - an open-concept sleeping and workspace with a gaming setup - a small rooftop terrace with a grill, seating, and some plants The house covers 64 square meters, has two floors (three if you count the rooftop terrace), and costs 29,171 fully furnished. As mentioned earlier, I recommend clearing the lot before placing the house. _________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DOWNLOAD I’ve used several mods, which should be listed on the right. If you want to use all the items shown in the photos (such as all the graffiti and neon lights), you should download them first. I can really recommend all of them! All images and objects (except the texture for one rug) used here are either included in the base game or added via mods, except for a few photos I took myself (such as the industrial skyline and the rain-soaked leaf in the living room area). Unfortunately, these can't be included in the download, but you can replace them with your own images or other in-game images that you like! _________________________________________________________________ I hope you like the house and have lots of fun with your Paras, and/or that it inspires you to get creative yourself!
