After a health scare and adopting a scruffy, rescued street dog named 'Barnaby', his perspective shifted entirely. He realized he was teaching health but not living it, and that he wanted a deeper connection to nature and a community that shared his values. He searched for a town that balanced an active lifestyle with sustainable living and found the perfect haven in Melino. Ricardo didn't come here to run away; he came to build a life where physical strength is balanced by mental peace and ethical choices. His goal is to open Melino's first eco-conscious, animal-friendly outdoor gym.
