[TEA] Palette for Untextured Plain Wall Paint

This mod adds 43 additional swatches to the default "WallPaint" palette in the game and any wall paints or floors that use it. I created it so that my "Untextured Plain Wall Paint" would be able to match my "Diagonal Transition Wall Paint A/B," without having to create new swatches. I'm posting this palette update as a separate mod since not everyone wants all of these swatches cluttering their default palette. This palette is NOT required to use any of my walls, and my walls aren't required for you to use it. It's just an optional add on in case you want the paint colors that match my "Diagonal Transition Wall Paint A/B" preloaded for you instead of having to create matching swatches. The colors also look great on any walls 0r floors that use the default "WallPaint" palette, too!
