[stayzeee] Cocktail Dress

Adds a cocktail dress to jazz up your Paras wardrobes There may be some clipping or texture/rendering issues with deformations depending on your Paras body type. The texture work is also pretty basic, but this is my first attempt at creating a full-body outfit from scratch. I may be able to improve itas I get more experience with making mods for this game. Maybe I bit off a bit more than I could chew with this one, but I still wanted to post this in the hopes someone may be able to enjoy it.
