[SHELL] First Paralives Build!

My first build in Paralives! :) Super happy with how this turned out, and I had a lot of fun playing around with the scaling of the windows and gridless building (although this ended up mostly on a grid anyway, to keep things even). I've left the house as a shell, so you can decorate the interior for your own Paras! 3bed, 2ish bath. The downstairs enclosed room could be a den, or a bathroom. Should have around $10,000 for furnishings once downloaded, if you're playing with a starting fund of $30k.
