Pastel Mermaid Dream House (No CC)

This is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with an exercise room which you can convert into another bedroom if you want. I kinda imagine that here live mermaid besties who wanna explore the human world. Even though they hide their identity among other parafolks, they still wanna live near their real home (the ocrean, of course!) so they build this house here and decorate it with seafoam green, sea anemone pink and aqua blue.
