[ParliPlace] Build Defaults Bundle (Enhanced Build Defaults)

A mod that enhances build mode... DEFAULT WALLS - Walls are blank - Walls are slightly thicker DEFAULT FLOORS - Floors are concrete Here's what I'm trying to figure out how to do in the future: - By default making the floor thicker (I think this looks better for multi-level builds and to make porches) - Potentially changing the Wall Tops to be different so that walls are easier to distinguish in other views
