Oldest House in Town Starter Home

I built this starter home on the tiniest lot in town so you wouldn't have to! This is the *oldest* residence in the town center—the owners have had several offers for the valuable real estate, but they refuse to sell and risk having this historic gem torn down and replaced with a modern build. They do often wish they have more room for a growing family, and have considered adding a very tasteful addition (another floor) that respects the history of the neighborhood's architecture...but they aren't sure where to begin. #designmedevon #thiscozynook
