No wait for learning new recipes

I thought it was silly that you have to wait after paying for new recipes. In real life, you can learn however many recipes you want in a day. I only did this for the purchasing option, mostly because it's what I use the most and I mainly made this for myself. I'm really not a modder but I thought someone else might like to have this option.
