Millennial Home Makeover: Heyon and Su-jin

Millennial siblings Heyon and Su-jin are both saying goodbye to their 18-35 era, and will now be ticking the 36-65 box. Following the (celebrated) passing of their (uncelebrated) Aunt, former CEO of the number one most polluting and unethical company on the planet, they came into a hefty chunk of inheritance. Rather than honouring their horrible Aunt's wish to invest and sit on the money like a miserly dragon... they've built an airy eco-modern mansion. Largely but not entirely from sustainable materials, and with a jungle of houseplants, born of their very much NOT inherited carbon-offsetting guilt. Their new home is of course very vain and nepo, but their hearts and actions are in the right place (now that the smokey smoggy capitalist clusterfuck demolition and construction work is over, anyway). They both happen to be aroace, so nobody is going to be moving out to play house with anyone - This is their forever-home. They will have plenty of time and energy to live their best lives together, spend quality time with their friends, take care of their crops and animals, feed the hungry, work because they love what they do, donate to what they care about, and enjoy arguably the best views in all of Melino. They are also working on renovating the basement into two or three little bare essentials bedsits, so they can provide a roof (free of charge, plus a wage + references for any work experience cleaning, handywork, animal care, gardening etc during their stay if the job market is not playing nice) for anybody needing help to get back on their feet. That and a listening ear. And they're not posting about it on social media.
