Melino Renovation - Bike Shop and Colourful Apartments

Renovation of an industrial apartment building in Melino. Bottom floor is an "All Things Wheels" Store and Repair Shop which includes: bikes, roller blades, skateboards, wheel chairs. There are a total of 3 colourful apartments (2 on the second floor and 1 on the top floor). I used 2 CC packs for plants. You do not have to download them as I only used a few, they're easily replaceable with base game plants.
