Light blue modern cottage

I built a light blue, modern cottage on the beachfront lot! Starting from the ground floor, the house includes: - a porch leading to the front door - a kitchen with dinig table - a pantry combined with a laundry room - a drying area in the garden with access to the laundry room - a living room with a grand piano - a back porch leading out to the beach - 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) - a sunroom combined with a hobby room and home office - a furnished bedroom - an unfurnished bedroom for flexible use (e.g., for children or guests) It measures 450 square meters and costs 121.712 fully furnished. I’ve used several mods, which should be listed on the right. If you want to use all the items shown in the photos (such as a lot of the objects in the pantry), you should download them first. I can really recommend all of them! I’ve also uploaded many patterns and images to the game myself, including the tile backsplash in the kitchen, which unfortunately can't be included in the download. However, you can use this feature yourself by using pictures that suit your taste or resemble my patterns. All you have to do is klick the + button at the end of the listet pictures in the game and add your own pictures directly from your computer.
