Landscaped Lot 3

A lanscaped lot that replaces the residential lot in the main town (see 3rd pic for exact lot location) Some rocks and plants at the edge of the lot might not appear as they are outside the lot. I used the toggleedittown cheat to add them as well as make the terrain blend in with the lot, so I recommend you do that if you want it to look exactly like the picture
