With Home Finance, your household can access extra housing funds, use the money wherever it is needed, and pay a daily fee while the Financial Agreement remains active. Use your phone and choose: Use Phone > Housing > Start Home Finance Then select the amount that best fits your household. Choose Your Housing Fund From P 10,000 to P 100,000 Once activated, your household receives in their inventory a Financial Agreement, Housing Fund, and refundable Deposit. Choose: Claim Housing Fund to convert the selected Housing Fund into spendable household money. Use It Your Way Home Finance is not limited to buying a new property. Use the additional funds to: • Buy or help finance a new home • Expand an existing house • Renovate or remodel • Furnish and decorate • Give your household extra room in the budget for housing projects [hr][/hr] Home Finance can be started whether your household already owns property or not. Buying or selling a property does not automatically end your Financial Agreement. Home Finance remains active until you choose to pay it off. Daily Fees While Home Finance is active, the corresponding Daily Fee is charged at 18:00. If the household does not have enough money available, no partial payment or debt is created. That day's fee is skipped and another attempt is made the following day. Pay It Off When You’re Ready When your household has enough money, use: Use Phone > Housing > Pay Off Home Finance The full Payoff Amount is required. Once Home Finance is paid off: • The Financial Agreement ends • Your Deposit is refunded • The related Home Finance items (tokens) are removed from the inventory • Daily Fees stop • Any property your household already owns remains yours Whether your household needs money for a renovation, wants to expand an existing home, or needs extra financial support toward its next property, Home Finance adds a flexible new way to manage housing costs without using a traditional mortgage system. IMPORTANT Please keep the tokens in the family’s inventory. They will disappear automatically when needed. Avoid removing or moving them manually, as this will affect the accuracy of the home finance system. Found a bug?
