Hate being rich? I felt the bills were a bit cheap so I made this mod that increases the municipal tax, water and electricity bills by 75%. Be aware that a single Para on a starter budget with the lowest income might struggle. So go for those promotions, try finding a roommate, or keep an eye on your electricity and water usage to be able to pay those bills. I didn't test it on very expensive lots so if it gets too high, I could make easier versions of the mod.
