I renovated the run-down corner house in the city center and transformed it into a warm, modern, and cozy home with a rooftop terrace! Starting from the ground floor, the house includes: - 1 kitchen (with a door leading to the street) - 1 bathroom (with a washing machine and shower stall) - 1 living room (with a door leading to downtown) - 1 bedroom combined with a home office and music room - 1 rooftop terrace with lots of plants and seating areas It measures 59 square meters and costs 66,486 fully furnished. _________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DOWNLOAD I’ve used several mods, which should be listed on the right. If you want to use all the items shown in the photos (such as the glascabinet for the plants on the rooftop terrace), you should download them first. I can really recommend all of them! I’ve also uploaded lots of patterns and images to the game, including most of the carpets and cushions, as well as some paintings. Everything (except mods) that is not included in the base game is just an example of what the game can do, and unfortunately it is not included in the download. However, you can use this feature yourself by adding pictures that suit your taste or resemble my patterns. When placing a customisable frame, cushion or carpet, all you have to do is click the + button at the end of the listed pictures to add your own pictures directly from your computer. _________________________________________________________________ I hope you like the house and have lots of fun with your Paras, and/or that it inspires you to get creative yourself!
