This one bed, one bath, one floor, home is certainly an option for a started home at P23,952. Based on a floor plan of the same name from houseplans.com, I find this house has university student vibes inside. Although that might just be my brain gearing itself up to go back to university myself XP. Slight glitch where it says its 2 bed in game but there's 100% only one.
