Coastal Creative Town

This lot can be placed on the empty terrain mode. As of V 0.1.6 ou'll need to: Load the empty terrain. Turn on toggle edit town. Draw a tiny lot in the middle of the map. Use SetMoney 150000 to have enough funds. Select the LARGER lot (new step due to recent bug fixes). Then, go to the library, choose this lot, line it up on the map and place it! Use a mayoral family to load the first lot... You will have to keep the extra funds and lot etc if you play with that first family. So, what you'll want to do, is then draw other lot perimeters where each home is (or business) and create a new household to begin gameplay. This town is "floating" and there's a beach chair near the gravel bar... If you sit on it (at average level) you can move it in live mode (use shift to lift it so your para isn't underwater) and your para can "float" while they nap. There's a "store" full of summery items in one lot. Two places set up with eating spaces. Most lack interior decor, stairs, etc but have doors, windows, paint. (Except that reno job at the edge of town.) The large area with just the floor is a marina/boat docking area. That tiny boat? That's where my first para is beginning life.
