Artists new house

This is a nicer version of that corner house that they created as artists home in the city. I replaced the original one, because it was a problem to walk its stairs and it also did not look that nice. The new house is still tiny, it has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with doublebed. The lower floor is the entrance to the apartment and a little flower and plants shop. I uses a mod with cactuses, one with custom signs and one with letters for the sign.
