Art Gallery

This is an update to the original Artist's Corner mod. The interior of the home has been fully styled and the gallery is full of a variety of paintings. If you prefer the less is more approach to better customize the space try the original mod here Make sure you have subscribed to the "Little Business" mod in order to sell your paintings. As long as one resident of the home is present the business can be open and you can sell your art for the price you choose. My first time opening with a half full gallery and art/painting at level 10 made me 10k in one day. This upgrade does increase the price of the lot by almost 30k so you won't be able to use it as a starter unless using money cheats. As paintings sell and you replace with other paintings you may need to adjust the track lights to best display them. The lighting in the gallery is difficult to maintain, but I think there are some lighting mods to help with that if you want to use one.
