[anyrtak] Enhanced Build Defaults

A mod that enhances build mode... These changes have been made to the defaults. WALLS - Blank - Slightly thicker FLOORS - Concrete Here's what I'm trying to figure out how to do in the future: - Thicc floor (I think this would be helpful to have default for building porches, and it looks nice with multi-level builds with the stairs) - Changing the wall tops (so the borders of the rooms can be seen easier in some view angles)
