85 Farringdon is the house that serves as the home of the Rogers-Black household. Based on an expanded two floor conversion of the Daisy Hovel from The Sims 4, this house boasts 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a huge deck in the backyard. The old Daisy Hovel was a starter home that was expandable, but now that it was expanded to two stories, it is the perfect house for any affluent family. This is a shell version of the house without any furniture, electronics, or appliances.
