36 Leblanc Street Renovation for Samantha Stark

Renovation of 36 Leblanc Street for Samantha Stark. This lot was bulldozed and rebuilt with a smaller perimeter to allow for better placement within the lot boundaries. I used Samantha's furnishings and tried to keep as much as I could prior to bulldozing. I just threw down her furnishings where they could fit as this was a quick reno. I left the planter boxes on the exterior empty as the cost was getting pretty high on the build. I also couldn't remember which wallpaper she previously had, so people can decorate however you wish! I did replace her fireplace with a different one. I did create a basement for this build's foundation but I would caution against changing the exterior walls on the basement level as the terrain intersects this lot and it is very wonky. Build your 'new' exterior walls, and connect them prior to deleting the existing exterior walls and the terrain should not conflict. If the wonky terrain bothers you on the basement level, you could raise the floor up and delete the stairs and just not use it. I purposefully tried to place this build away from the town stairs to prevent it exceeding the lot boundaries. I filled in the gap with ivy and some planter boxes. You could try editing the terrain by gently smoothing it. Let me know if there are any routing issues with this build.
