It features 8 Bed spaces in 7 rooms (1x2 + 6x1) on the second floor, A 2-toilets bathroom with both a Shower and a Bath, and a new gym/study room on the First. In the basement is another large bathroom (2 toilets + bath + shower) but the other rooms down there have been left unfinished on purpose for you to adapt as you need them.
