When the firearm hits, there is a 40% chance to apply Power Surge to the target. When hitting a Weakspot, the chance increases to 90%. When hitting an enemy affected by Power Surge, deal 80% Psi Intensity Shock DMG to all enemies affected by Power Surge in the area (DMG to the main target increases to 150%; DMG increases to 100% if the main target is a Player). For every 4 Shock DMG dealt, automatically refill 1 ammo.

Deal Status DMG of 50% Psi Intensity once and inflict Power Surge status for 6s (Accuracy -40%). Shock Element type. The additional damage cannot Crit, cannot strike Weakspots, and will not decay with distance. Actual Factor = 50% × (1 + Power Surge DMG Factor Bonus) × (1 + Power Surge Final DMG Bonus).
