Deviation O-065 is an intelligent and autonomous large-scale doll, approximately 2.6 meters tall and weighing 60 kilograms. The main body of the item is composed of black synthetic leather and red corduroy fabric, adorned with a white bird-shaped mask covered in scratches. The primary component of the mask is hydroxyapatite.

O-065 exhibits a pessimistic personality, with moderate depressive disorder and dissociative tendencies. Despite this, the item maintains a cooperative attitude toward researchers. O-065 is proficient in over 6,000 languages and has demonstrated knowledge of nearly all known human disciplines and skills during testing, displaying exceptional proficiency in practical applications.

The primary anomalous Trait of O-065 is its mind-memory replication effect. When O-065 makes physical contact with a brain-dead human (referred to as the "predecessor") within 24 hours of death, the "predecessor" will spontaneously combust and transform into calcium phosphate powder.
