Deviation O-027 is a shapeshifting entity that was issued from a biological sample extracted from the Original Entity -. It usually takes the form of a humanoid with an appearance of being between 16 and 22 years old, but standing at only 30 centimeters tall and weighing just 6 kilograms. Furthermore, its mimicry of human features is somewhat rudimentary, evinced by its indistinct facial features, and hair that more closely resembles entwined tentacles.

O-027's "skin" is an elastic, transparent film, within which is contained a sparkling and amorphous liquid tissue whose color varies with the time and angle of observation, though it mainly presents as bright blue or pink. Like its parent, O-027 constantly releases clouds of biomass particles (designated O-027-A) into its surroundings.
