My version of a great template called Manor Co-Op by Staxlotl. I converted all floors to 2+ walls as I cant stand 1 wall high rooms. Tweaked the face a bit due to wall changes. Room for just about everything with this base. Converted the basic dino barn to a behemoth barn. Added behemoth cellar door to roof. This is a basic template. No furnitures, skins or decor. Makes for a great mid level base ready to be completed in your own style. I removed the box on the roof and put my bio grinder there. The backside is a huge canvas for you or do like me and duplicate the behemoth barn for double the space. (first template port, hope it works)
